Lovely Story, and Informative

This is a lovely story about children needing a home, and a family waiting to be completed. What better way to show your children how loved and wanted they were, even before they became a part of your family, than to document your story. I found myself unable to walk away from reading it, as I read it cover to cover in one sitting. It made me consider my options of having a family with my husband one day, as we recently discovered the chances of getting pregnant are extremely low. I can only hope that I will be able to do something this special for my children. Great read, and shares information on what to expect (emotionally, and paperwork wise) when going through the foster/adoption process.

Really great to see a family being built out of love ...

Really great to see a family being built out of love for childern, the information was very detailed ina way that made reading this book a joy and at times very hard to put down. I have logged into the blog and continue to follow Tom's life and that of his family. I personally have meet Tom and the whole family this past year and see them in real life living the book. Great job on making this book easy to read. Thanks again Tom for you love and dedication to children.

Great information and a heartwarming story.

As a prospective adoptive parent, it was great to hear the ups and downs that Tom and his family encountered. The book is written from the blog account that Tom wrote as it happened which made the storytelling honest and unenumbered by the eventual outcomes. A great and easy read for anyone.
