Brilliant book! You've got to read this one.

This is a very inspiring story about a person who experienced the most painful ordeal and was thrown into the darkest moment of her life. A story of love, courage and acceptance that demonstrates how Heather fought all the odds and succeeded amidst pain and adversities. In this book you'll learn a lot about life just by simply understanding the challenges that this author had to face squarely. Most importantly learning to rely on God and His divine providence. Brilliant book! You've got to read this one.

Captures the truth about some of the most challenging things we humans will ever face

Written in diary format and using dialogue from both the most endearing and harrowing moments, Heather Choate takes the reader on a journey into the world of cancer treatment during pregnancy.
It’s more than that though. It’s a story of courage and vulnerability. It’s a story about how a young woman and her family handle some of the most challenging things any of us will ever have to go through. You see her struggle with many decisions and you see her real thoughts and doubts. She hides nothing and because of that you can relate.
This is a must read for anyone going through breast cancer. You get to not only see the reality of going through cancer treatment; you get to see how faith can carry you through this difficult journey.

This had changed my life's perception about the true essence of being a mother.

My heart was wrecked as I read the first few lines. A 10-week pregnant with five beautiful kids just found out she had cancer. I was moved by her story knowing how difficult the situation could be. But on the other hand, I envy her courage as she undoubtedly shared her story
and how she accepted the gut-wrenching news. From that forward, every day has been a great battle. This book taught me the true meaning of a mother's love. She shared how terrified she was about her baby's life and health. And this line touched my heart so much and was reading this with tears, "I would rather die than take the life of my child." Better read this book over and over again because I'm absolutely sure this bears tons of lessons that I'm going to need in my lifetime.
